
Batev Meeting 2025: Housing credit in the center of the debate to boost development
Buenos Aires, June 2025 - Within the framework of the 30th Edition of Batev - International Exhibition of Construction and Housing, Meeting 2025 will be held - CEDU Day | AEV, a strategic dialogue space that will address one of the great debts of the Argentine economic system: the creation of a sustainable market credit market. Under the motto, what is missing to accelerate the most necessary tool in the current context? The day will take place on Wednesday, June 25 from 3:45 p.m., at the Auditorium of the Blue Pavilion of La Rural.
The opening will be in charge of Mali Vázquez, director of the Business Chamber of Urban Developers (CEDU), who will also moderate the day with the journalist José del Río.The first block, entitled Credit for the New: Key to reactivate construction and the economy will begin at 4:00 p.m. The economist Federico González Rouco, and the representatives of the Carlos Spina and Gustavo Llambías (AEV), Damián Tabakman (CEDU), Santiago Tarasido (Criba) and Jorge Cruces (IRSA), will participate. The panel will address issues such as mortgages, securitization and long -term funding strategies to boost the real estate market. From 5:00 p.m., the second block will offer a broader look on the current country and the challenges of the future from the key sectors of the productive framework. Will feature Gustavo Weisss participation from Camarco; Martín Rappallini, from the UIA; Isel Kiperszmid de Cedu, Mario Grinman de Cac; and Francisco Gismandi, from Adeba. At the end of the day, the official opening ceremony of the exhibition will take place, with the traditional tape and tour. In addition to Meeting, Batev 2025 will offer a varied agenda of technical workshops open to the public, in charge of exhibiting companies that will share applied knowledge, experiences and new solutions for the sector. Among them is Biodrys proposal, which will address the treatment of ascending humidity, a frequent structural problem, through an innovative Swiss technology that eliminates moisture without works, without electricity and without risk. Sineplast will present its workshop color trends, with focus on design, setting and new developments in coatings for architecture and interior design. From the technological sector, Cambre will introduce its new Wi -Fi home automation line, oriented to smart housing and accessible automation solutions. For its part, MuchTek will speak on the Passivehaus standard and the key role that the efficient carpentry fulfills in sustainable construction, in a technical workshop focused on energy efficiency, comfort and constructive quality. These contents are part of the special programming of Batev 2025, which will be held from June 25 to 28 in the rural one and will mark the 30 years of the most representative exhibition of the most representative exhibition of the construction and housing in Argentina.
